Content Copyright and Usage Notice
This Notice sets forth the sources and conditions of use for the questions, answers, explanations, classifications, databases, and the like (hereinafter the "Content") provided by Qevit.
1. Nature and Sources of the Content
- This Service organizes and provides publicly available past exam questions and the like for learning purposes.
- Some materials make use of public works opened for the public interest under a source-attribution condition, and the specific sources and conditions of use are governed by the "Source Attribution" section at the bottom of this Notice.
2. Protection of Content Processed and Created by the Operator
- The Operator has collected, refined, classified, and restructured source materials and has directly produced and processed answer explanations, detailed explanations, incorrect-answer explanations, and the like.
- Such explanations, the classification and tagging system, the selection, arrangement, and composition of questions, and the structure and contents of the database are protected as compilation works and database producer's rights under applicable law, and those rights belong to the Operator.
3. Complete Prohibition of Unauthorized Collection and Use
No one may, without the prior written consent of the Operator, collect, reproduce, store, transmit, distribute, display, create derivative works from, or commercially use the Content by any means whatsoever, regardless of the means or purpose (whether for profit or non-profit), including the following.
- Crawling, scraping, automated programs, bots, and macros
- Collection through calls to public or non-public APIs and through traffic analysis
- Screen capture, OCR (optical character recognition), and recording
- Reproduction by humans, such as manual transcription and copying
- Any other technical or non-technical means whatsoever
In particular, the unauthorized collection and redistribution of processed Content, including explanations, is strictly prohibited.
4. Measures Against Violations
The Operator may take measures such as restricting use, blocking access, and deleting postings in response to violations, and may pursue civil and criminal liability in accordance with applicable law.
5. Protection of Third-Party Rights
The Operator respects the rights of others. If the Content is deemed to infringe the copyright or other rights of a third party, a report may be filed in accordance with the "Error Reporting Policy," and the Operator may, after review, make the relevant Content private or delete it.
6. Requests to Correct Source Attribution
If the source attribution of the Content needs correction or if you have a rights-related inquiry, please let us know at it.nineroot@gmail.com, and we will verify and reflect it.

Source Attribution (External Public Works)
- Some materials of this Service make use of public works opened by public institutions under an open government license for public works ("KOGL Type 1: Attribution"). The Operator indicates the sources of such materials in accordance with that condition.
- KOGL Type 1 permits commercial use but carries an obligation of source attribution; accordingly, the Operator complies with the source-attribution obligation regardless of whether the use is for profit.
- The specific sources of externally sourced materials can be found on each question or material or through this Source Attribution section.
- Other source and copyright attributions arising from the use of materials provided externally are also recorded in this Source Attribution section.
