Error Reporting and Rights-Infringement Response Policy

To maintain the quality of the Content and protect the rights of third parties, the Operator receives and processes reports as follows.

1. Subjects of Reporting
- Errors in questions, answers, explanations, images, formulas, tables, and the like
- Content that is inappropriate or that violates laws or the Terms
- Content that infringes the copyright or other rights of a third party

2. How to Report
- The "Report" function on each question screen

3. Processing Procedure
- Processing proceeds through the stages of Received → Under Review → Completed or Rejected.
- Content with a confirmed error or a concern of rights infringement may be temporarily hidden during the review period and then corrected and restored or deleted.

4. Guidance When Reporting a Rights Infringement
When reporting a rights infringement such as copyright, providing the reporter's and rights holder's information, the subject of the infringement (question number, screen, etc.) and the grounds for infringement, and materials substantiating ownership of the right will help facilitate a prompt review. The Operator will, after review, take necessary measures such as making the content private or deleting it, and where necessary may provide the poster with an opportunity to file an objection.

5. The Operator's Discretion and Limitations
- The Operator reviews received reports within a reasonable scope but does not guarantee an individual reply to every report.
- The Operator may restrict the processing of false or malicious reports or reports that interfere with the operation of the Service.

6. Disclaimer
The Operator exercises reasonable care in the course of processing reports and, with respect to disputes arising from the veracity of report contents, bears no liability to the extent permitted by applicable law.
